Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 환자안전관리활동에 대한 구조모형을 개발함으로써 환자안전관리활동을 촉진시키는 조직 및 개인 차원의 영향요인을 파악하고 효과적인 중재방안을 제시하기 위함이다.
방법: 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조직 요인, 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제, 행위의도, 환자안전관리활동을 측정하였다. 설문지는 300명의 간호사에게 배포되었고, 최종 275명을 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0 및 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 모델 적합성, 간접 효과 및 모델의 직접 효과를 분석하였다.
결과: 환자안전관리활동에 대한 가설적 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 총 8개의 경로 중 6개의 직접경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 조직 요인은 개인의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제에 직접효과를 나타냈다. 지각된 행위통제와 주관적 규범은 행위의도에 직접효과를 나타냈다. 행위 의도는 환자안전관리활동에 직접효과를 나타냈으나, 지각된 행위통제는 환자안전관리활동에 직접효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 환자안전관리활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 개인과 조직이 함께 변화해야 한다. 조직은 실제적인 교육, 훈련, 시스템 및 규정을 수립해야 하며, 개인은 지각된 행위통제 및 주관적 규범을 강화함으로써 행위의도를 증가시켜야 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model for patient safety management activities and to identify the influencing factors of organizational and individual dimensions that promote patient safety management activities and to suggest effective intervention plans.
Methods: A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure organizational factor, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and patient safety management activities. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 nurses and 275 were included in the analysis. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the model fitness, indirect effect, and direct effect of the model.
Results: The hypothetical model for patient safety management activities was appropriate. Among the 8 pathways, 6 direct pathways were significant. Organizational factor affected individual attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. Perceived behavior control, and subjective norm affected behavioral intention. Behavioral intention affected patient safety management activities. Perceived behavior control did not affect patient safety management activities.
Conclusion: Organizations and individuals must change together to promote patient safety management activities. The organization should establish practical education and training, systems and regulations. Individuals should increase behavioral intention by strengthening perceived behavioral control and subjective norm.
